With LabCollector’s LSM color gradient feature (available on the latest version v4.0948), labs can now visualize results at a glance, whether you’re comparing glucose levels or tracking PCR amplification thresholds, you no longer have to hunt for outliers – they’ll jump right off the page.

The color gradient tool lets you set up threshold-based color coding for your test results.
You decide:
- Which value ranges to highlight
- What color to use for low, in-range, and high values
- Whether to apply this to numeric or calculated fields
It’s fully flexible. This works even when your thresholds are dynamic or depend on other parameters.
🛠️ How to Use It?
- Go to LSM > Admin > Preferences > Parameters, then choose the test level
- Choose the “numeric” or “calculated field” data type
- Set your numeric ranges: Low, In-range, High
- Pick a custom color for each
- Add the tag
